| Schedule of Fines for Covenant Violations |
Mandatory golf cart registration
- ($15 to register cart)
- If sent a reminder after 30 days, $25 fine
- Second notice: additional $50 fine
- Under age driving fine is $50, as defined in the Golf Cart Standards of Usage.

Covenant violation
- First notice: Violator has 20 days to remedy covenant violation
- Second notice: Violation corrected, at homeowner expense, and $50 fine.

Pool or tennis court rule violation
- First offense: Verbal with a written warning via registered letter
- Second offense: Revocation of privileges by deactivating access card
(If caught in pool or tennis court with suspended privileges, charges will be filed with police for trespassing. There are video cameras installed to prove the ID of the trespassers)

| If a homeowner does not pay the fines or costs owed to the Lost Plantation Homeowners Association, a lien will be placed on their home. The homeowner will have to pay the amount owed, the 18% interest accrued, and all legal fees before that property can be sold, refinanced, or home equity loan attained. This is an extreme measure that is allowed by the HOA Bylaws and state law. All notices will be sent via registered mail. |
