The following is a list of the most frequent violations committed by residents. Please recognize that the items on this list are meant to help keep our community looking beautiful and to keep it safe for all residents. Making even small improvements in these areas will go a long way to improving our community for everyone.
- Trailers parked in Lost Plantation
- Mold growing on vinyl siding
- Yard and landscaping not maintained
- Trash can in sight of street or golf course
- Unregistered golf carts or underage drivers
- Failure to get HOA approval prior to beginning exterior improvements
- Parking on lawns
- Fence in disrepair
- Shutters or trim needing paint
- Pets becoming nuisances, including barking or running loose
